When choosing a psychotherapist, it is important for us to take into account not only your request, but also your current emotional state, so we will offer you to undergo a diagnostic test in order to offer a specialist with the necessary qualifications.
2. We know which method and specialist will work more effectively with your request
Couples therapy and individual therapy have different approaches to work. Not all professionals are equally qualified and therefore may work with depression but not have experience working with anxiety disorders. Therefore, we divide specialists into categories in which they have practical experience.
